Rodizio

Rodizio is the Brazilian style of continuous service: carvers circle the dining room with skewers of grilled meat until you tell them to stop.

You control the pace with a two-sided card at your table: green side up and the carvers keep coming, red side up and they give you a rest. The gourmet bar is included, so you can build a plate of salads, sides and Brazilian specialties between rounds. It is designed for a long, unhurried meal, which makes it a natural fit for celebrations and larger groups.
