Gourmet Salad Bar

Our gourmet bar is a full spread of salads, cured meats, cheeses and hot Brazilian dishes, included with the rodizio.

It is not an afterthought to the grill. The bar is stocked throughout service with seasonal vegetables, imported cheeses, charcuterie, marinated items and hot sides. Guests who prefer a lighter meal can order the gourmet bar on its own without the meat service.
