The Gourmet Bar
Feijoada
Feijoada is Brazil's national dish: black beans slow-cooked with pork, served over rice with farofa and orange.
The stew simmers long enough for the beans to break down into a dark, glossy broth. Traditionally it is eaten with toasted cassava flour for texture and orange slices to cut the richness, and both are available on the gourmet bar.
